Before support starts, you meet your support worker. Don't feel it's the right fit? We'll match you with someone else.

Step 4: Support Begins
Your support starts when you're ready. We check in regularly to make sure everything works for you.

Participant FAQ

Do I need to have my NDIS plan already?

No. We can help you understand the NDIS and what to expect in your first plan. If you already have a plan, we'll review it together to work out which services fit your goals.

Can I choose my own support worker?

Absolutely. You meet your support worker before they start. If it's not the right fit, we match you with someone else—no questions asked.

What if I'm self-managed?

Perfect. We support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants. We'll invoice you directly or work with your plan manager—whichever you prefer.

Can I change my support hours?

Yes, as long as it's within your NDIS plan budget. We're flexible and adjust to your changing needs.

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us immediately. We have a formal complaints process that's fair, confidential, and designed to resolve issues quickly. You can also contact the NDIS Commission directly.

Do you support culturally diverse participants?

Yes. We have multilingual support workers and match based on cultural compatibility as well as skills. Let us know your preferences.
